• To help the customer/owner of building to examine and verify the condition of their existing building for future repair works
• To advise the consultant/engineer on the foundation integrity / slope stability / structure stability / integrity

• Collect appropriate samples on-site (e.g. from construction site) for laboratory testing
• Conduct the tests in the laboratory within the required timeframe
• To accurately and methodically log and record a totally unbiased range of test results
• Provide the administration team with the results in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct all tasks with cost-efficiency in mind

• To carry out construction material sampling and compliance testing on site, including sample preparation and testing data/record processing
• Checking and maintaining the testing equipment to ensure it meets all the required standards to carry out the services/tests accurately

• Form 5 / Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years working experience
• Experience in construction materials testing is an advantage
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Technician Traine
• Holder of a Hong Kong Driving Licence is an advantage

Maintain company Quality Assurance Systems and conduct internal audits to ensure the Company meets HOKLAS / HKIAS requirements.

• Perform wide range of equipment calibration such as electrical, dimension, pressure, temperature, etc.
• Prepare report, evaluate and ensure accuracy result to customer.

• High Certificate or above / Basic knowledge in electronics
• 1 year relevant working experience preferred, but fresh graduates are also considered
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge in ISO17025 / ISO9001 is an advantage
